The base of one decanter carries a moulded mark reading \"Made in Italy.\" Both decanters are identical in shape and size.\n\nThe wicker basket is woven from flat dark wood splints with a natural rattan arched handle, divided inside to hold both bottles upright. It has aged handsomely, with the warm patina you would expect from decades of use.
