Return & Refund Policy — Old World Thrifts

14-Day Return Right Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. While you're not required to give a reason, we always appreciate hearing your feedback — it helps us improve!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please include your proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense and must be sent with a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please Note All items are vintage and pre-owned. Condition is described in each listing. The 14-day return right applies, but items must be returned in the condition received.

Shipping & Liability We take great care in packing every item securely. Our responsibility covers your order until it is handed over to the postal carrier. Once dispatched, we are no longer liable for packages that are delayed or lost in transit.

If your package does not arrive, please contact us and we will file a search request with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that this process can take up to 6 weeks to resolve.

We only ship with tracked shipping. This ensures your order can be followed every step of the way.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete name and address information provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, we will process your refund immediately. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account.
