We ship all orders with tracked shipping only, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Processing Time Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday may take up to 3 business days to dispatch, as our local post office is closed on Sundays.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and are provided by the carrier as estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Lost Packages If your package does not arrive, please contact us at mail@oldworldthrifts.com. We will file a search request with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that this process can take up to 6 weeks.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
