A beautiful set of original Marco Stentøj candle holders, made in Denmark in the 1970s.
These sculptural stoneware pieces have that unmistakable Scandinavian earthy glaze, rich brown tones blending into warm ochre and subtle green hues. The organic surface and elegant flared shape make them both minimalist and expressive at the same time.
They were produced during the 1970 to 1979 period and are clearly stamped on the base, which makes them collectible pieces of Danish ceramic history.
Condition is very good overall. The shorter holder has one tiny fleabite, visible in the photos. No cracks, no repairs.

Diese wunderschönen Kerzenhalter von Marco Stentøj wurden in den 1970er Jahren in Dänemark gefertigt. Das erdige Braun mit warmen Ocker und dezenten Grüntönen ist typisch für skandinavische Keramik dieser Zeit. Beide Stücke sind am Boden gemarkt und befinden sich in sehr gutem Zustand, der kleinere hat eine minimale Bestoßung. Ein stilvolles, zeitloses Set für Liebhaber nordischen Designs.
