These charming Norwegian wooden horses are hand carved and hand painted in the traditional rosemaling folk art style. Each horse has its own soft curves and brush painted floral details that make these Scandinavian pieces so warm and decorative.
You can choose between two sizes. The tall blue horse has a Way Nor A S sticker on the base and is signed with the initials VJ, showing that it was painted by an individual rosemaling artist. The smaller burgundy horse is unmarked but painted in the same Norwegian folk art tradition. All measurements are exact and the height is measured to the top of the ears.
