This vintage Scheurich 418-20 pitcher is a classic example of West German pottery with its bold volcanic red glaze and cratered fat lava texture. The rounded body and tall neck create a striking silhouette and the deep red glaze shifts beautifully in the light. Pieces from this period were produced in the late 1960s and early 1970s and remain iconic collectibles for lovers of Mid Century ceramics.
