What a labour of love this is. This vintage folk art wall panel depicts a vase holding a generous bouquet, composed entirely of natural materials: wheat and oat grains, acorns, almonds, walnuts, pine cones, dried seed pods, beans in black and brown, and tiny pebbles, all carefully arranged and glued onto a wooden board with a cork backing.
The result is a wonderfully tactile, earthy piece that feels both handcrafted and surprisingly sophisticated.

The vase itself is built up from rows of small brown seeds and beans, with a sweet little yellow flower detail at the front. The bouquet fans out in multiple stems, each carrying different natural elements as "blossoms" and "leaves."
The variety of textures and shades of warm brown creates a real still life quality.
The piece is signed on the back in pencil, though the signature is difficult to read fully.
It hangs from a small metal hook on the back and sits flat against the wall. A lovely piece for a rustic, natural, or eclectic interior.
